The founders felt the vibe and recognized the huge art and music scene that was leading the renaissance of Asbury Park. Foot traffic was picking up and it made sense to launch a distillery on Memorial Day 2017. Bill Tambussi was the first master distiller that set everything up and got the spirits launched. They began with vodka and gin and an amazing cocktail program. They were laying down barrels to create bourbon from the start. Kelly began her journey at the distillery wanting to soak up and learn everything that she could about how it all worked. Bill brought her on and over time she was ready to take the reins and put her own spin and personality on what was being distilled and bottled. Her passion and love of this craft distillery shines through. Kelly and this awesome team are “putting spirits into their spirits”.
