Bone N’ Bottle Reviews is a mashup of hard cider and chicken wings. Damin came into cider into 2014. He discovered the perfect pairing for cider was chicken wings. Pete owns and operates Bird Dog Cider in New Hampshire. It resides on and small farm which boasts and orchard and tasting room. The cider bug bit Pete very early on. He grew up on an apple farm in Western New York. Apples are in his blood. Cider really took hold of him when he was in his thirties. Our discussion takes a journey through the current cider industry, what is happening at Bird Dog Cider and all things chicken wings.
