The idea for BOTLD came during covid. Andrew was running Philadelphia Distilling. The PLCB was closed for 12 weeks during the lockdown. That was their number one purchaser of Bluecoat American Dry Gin. They quickly pivoted to direct to consumer sales. This practice became a huge success. Today BOTLD’s mission is to bring a more adventurous, wider, deeper selection of spirits to consumers, as well as, bars and restaurants. They curate brands and spirits that can’t get into the PLCB.
