This episode features Jason Fogg of Pop’s McCann Whiskey.  Jason is the founder, owner and president.  Pop’s McCann Pre-Prohibition Style Whiskey is a Triple Distilled Single Grain Whiskey finished in American Oak Bourbon barrels.  The Whiskey origin is from Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland then brought to America via olde trading routes through Quebec and the rest of Canada and down into Michigan where it is labeled & bottled.  You can currently find Pop’s McCann in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Navy Nexcom Stores (VA Beach & San Diego) and Michigan is coming very soon. www.popsmccannwhiskey.com –  On Facebook

Walter Palmer is a Master Distiller and he makes “damn good Gin”! Which, has been awarded 3 International Medals and counting. Liberty Gin is distilled at Palmer Distilling in Philadelphia, PA. You can visit the tasting room at 376 Shurs Lane. They also distill Manayunk Moonshine.

Fermented Adventure The Podcast sat down with Walter to discuss The Founding Fathers and what it means to craft distill in Philadelphia. To be an ambassador of a Philadelphia born gin in the birthplace of Freedom and Liberty. Palmer Distilling is charting their own course and and are in charge of their own destiny. Lavender Absinthe and Blood Orange Liqueur.
