Shawn’s company began in 1997. The journey began with a high protein, sourdough crunchy pretzel that utilized the flour derived from hemp. It was expanded to a soft pretzel that has a nutty flavor and a pillowy texture. The line has evolved to peanut butter, mustard and a hot jelly. All featuring the the wonderful nutritional value that hemp has to offer. Shawn has so much knowledge and experience in the world of hemp.
