This episode features Matt Greif of the Distillery of Modern Art.
Matt was working at a distillery in Northern Chicago and he was looking for a change of scenery. After 25 years of distilling in the backdrop of Chicago he was called to go to Atlanta. There was a start up distillery waiting for his talents. Matt has always been about the science of things. Today he gets to incorporate the science and art component at The Distillery of Modern Art. The location houses a rotating art gallery, a high end cocktail bar and an event space. Seth Watson has provided a vision that expresses his love of spirits, his love of events and his love of modern art. All this makes for an artistic approach to craft spirts and a feast for the senses.
